How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Please allow two weeks for the design, printing and mailing.  A proof will be emailed within 2 days for your approval. 

How much do you charge for shipping? TOP
Shipping is $10 and all orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Can you convert my photo to black and white? TOP
Absolutely.  There is no charge for this service.

Can I use a photo from a professional photographer? TOP
Yes, but we MUST have written permission from your photographer.

What is your return policy? TOP
All of our products are custom designed, therefore we do not accept returns. if there is an error on our part, we will gladly exchange your notes so that they correctly reflect your order.

Do I pay sales tax on my order? TOP
For orders shipped within Washington state, appropriate sales tax will be charged.
